If you’ve purchased Ergobaby products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Ergobaby are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Ergobaby prior to sending the item(s) back.

After we have assessed the fault we will be in touch with you regarding the return, replacement or repair of the item. We process returns on a weekly basis, however during busy periods this may take longer.
