If you’ve purchased Ergobaby products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Ergobaby are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase, in as-new condition, in the original packaging. Please contact email@example.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Ergobaby prior to sending the item(s) back.
Please note: All return shipping costs are non-refundable and must include tracking. Once the return has been received, a refund or alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase less a $15 handling/restocking fee.
